After the first weight in (on a Tuesday), Saturday is weigh-day. First thing in the morning, it's up, pee, weigh. There may be some days where I might forget, or be away from the scales, so I'm just doing the date scale in days of diet, where day 1 is that first Tuesday.
It'll take a bit of time to actually mean anything, but once there are a few points on there, I'll add a trendline (if I can remember enough R).
If the line keeps pointing down, I'll be happy.
